Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 30 June 2026
By visiting, browsing or using the Bite Club online store, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use. The seller is Bite Club Ltd (registered at 1 Snack Lane, London). The buyer is any individual or legal entity purchasing goods through the store.
1. General terms
The seller supplies and delivers healthy snacks, snack boxes and related food products. Purchases are available to both registered and unregistered buyers, whether individuals or legal entities. A purchase contract is formed when the buyer selects products, agrees to the purchase conditions and clicks the “Buy” button. The buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods. Goods are delivered only within the territory we serve. We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. Product prices
Prices are shown in your local currency including applicable taxes. Delivery costs are calculated separately and shown at checkout. Goods are sold at the prices in effect at the moment the order is placed. We may change product prices at any time without prior notice, but changes never affect orders we have already confirmed.
3. Product availability
If an item becomes unavailable before it is dispatched, we will refund the amount you paid for it. Limited-quantity items are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis; where an order cannot be fulfilled, the corresponding payment is refunded.
4. Placing an order
Orders are submitted by completing the checkout steps accurately and clicking the “Buy” button. You may register an account or check out as a guest. Registered buyers can follow their order status from their profile. If you have any problems placing an order, please contact our customer support.
5. Paying for your order
You can pay by online banking, payment card or mobile payment, or — where available — on delivery. A confirmation is sent to the email address you provide once your payment is received.
6. Order processing
Orders are processed on business days between 9:00 and 17:00. Registered buyers can track their order status from their profile, while guest buyers receive updates by email. Subscription boxes renew automatically on the recurring schedule you choose until you pause or cancel from your account before the next billing date.
7. Delivery & collection
We deliver to the address you provide, on business days, typically within five business days unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees depend on the method you choose. For parcel-locker delivery you receive a code by SMS; for courier delivery you may be contacted before drop-off. If delivery fails because of incorrect details you supplied (wrong address or phone number, or an inaccessible location), the order may be cancelled and the delivery fee retained; re-delivery incurs an additional charge. Please check your goods on receipt and report any damage or discrepancy to us and the courier immediately. Where you choose a delivery method in extreme hot or cold weather, responsibility for temperature-sensitive goods passes to you.
8. Right to cancel
Under distance-selling rules, individual buyers may cancel within 14 calendar days of delivery. This right does not apply to perishable goods or to opened food, cosmetic or hygiene products. Returned goods must keep their value and quality. To cancel, contact our customer support within 14 days with the required information. You cover the cost of return shipping. Goods bought on promotion are refunded at the price actually paid. We may refuse a return if the product shows signs of use or damage, such as removed or damaged labels or torn protective film. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
9. Our rights & obligations
We provide our service in line with legal requirements, quality standards and professional ethics, and may use employees or subcontractors to do so. We undertake to fulfil your order according to these terms and the order details. If we cannot meet a condition — such as delivery time, quantity or quality — we will tell you promptly and may propose a change, which we will agree with you.
10. Disputes
The parties undertake to resolve any disagreements arising under the contract through mutual negotiation. Any dispute that cannot be settled this way is handled by the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
11. Cookies
